• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
• A service call fee may apply for appointments where work cannot be performed due to customer-related issues.

Estimates and Pricing

• Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or requested during service.
• We will communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

Warranty

Pipe & Plumber stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from our labor warranty.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

By scheduling service, you grant our technicians access to the areas necessary to perform the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area and informing us of any hazards or restrictions.
